Ingredients

  • Arnott’s Jatz or Savoy Minis
  • Arnott's Clix
  • 750g cream cheese
  • 100g orange cheddar (we used Leicester), grated
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Mini tomatoes and cabanossi to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Place the parsley at the top of your platter to form the "carrot top."
Step 2
Dollop the cream cheese onto the serving board and shape it into a large carrot using a butter or palette knife.
Step 3
Gently press the grated cheddar over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4
Serve with Jatz Minis and Arnott's Clix for dipping, along with the mini tomatoes and cabanossi.
