Preheat oven to 180°C/160° fan-forced. Lightly grease and line a 16 x 26cm slice pan.
Step 2
Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in coconut, sultanas, pepitas, sunflower seeds and choc chips.
Step 3
Add honey, coconut oil and egg white and mix well until combined. Press into prepared pan. Sprinkle with extra coconut. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden. Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
