Ingredients

  • 6 Arnott’s Lemon Crisp biscuits
  • 6 scoops of lemon sorbet
  • 1/3 cup double thick cream
  • ¼ cup lemon curd
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries to garnish

Preparation

Step 1
Cut the Arnott’s Lemon Crisp Biscuits in half down the inner cream. Sandwich together with a scoop of gelato.
Step 2
To serve, place a dollop of cream on a plate and drag down with a spoon. Dollop with curd and repeat. Top with your lemon sorbet sandwich and garnish with blueberries.
