Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Bega Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbs finely chopped chives
  • 2 x Arnotts Salada Sourdough crackers
  • 1 tbs pickled red onion
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 2 slices of pastrami
  • 1 tbs chargrilled capsicum strips
  • Small handful of rocket leaves

Preparation

Step 1
Combine Bega Spreadable Cream Cheese and chives in a small bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Break Arnott’s Salada Sourdough crackers into three sizes: bite-size squares, in half and keep one whole. Spread with cream cheese mixture.
Step 3
Top your bite-sized Salada cracker with pickled onion, halved Salada cracker with ham and cucumber (perfect for snacking), and whole Salada cracker with pastrami, capsicum and rocket (perfect for lunch).
