Ingredients

  • 250gm pkt Arnott’s Reduced Sugar Scotch Finger
  • 40g cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted Macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 60 gm dark chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1
Crush Arnott’s Reduced Sugar Scotch Finger biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and process until just combined. Stir through chopped nuts.
Step 2
Roll mixture into 16 even balls. Place on a tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with chocolate, refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
