Ingredients
- 310g Arnott's Farmbake Chocolate Chip cookies
- 2 litre chocolate Ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Place 10 Arnott’s Farmbake Chocolate Chip cookies, smooth side-up on a board. Remove ice cream from container and slice into 2 cm slices.
Step 2
Using cutter, cut out rounds, place ice cream onto a cookie then top with another cookie to form a sandwich, pressing firmly. Freeze until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use any flavoured ice cream you prefer.
