Ingredients

  • 125g Arnott’s Scotch Finger Biscuits, coarsely chopped
  • 3 x 180g blocks milk chocolate, chopped
  • 200g marshmallows, halved
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut

Preparation

Step 1
Lightly grease and line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper.
Step 2
Place chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Add remaining ingredients to chocolate and stir well until combined.
Step 3
Spoon mixture into prepared pan, smoothing top. Chill for 2 hours until set.
Step 4
Cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
