Ingredients

  • 2 x Arnott’s Caramel Crown biscuits
  • 2 tsp chocolate sauce
  • 1 shot espresso coffee
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 200ml cold milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Biscuit crumbs to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Swirl chocolate sauce around inside of your cup. Finely chop 2 caramel crown biscuits and place in the bottom of your cup. Add coffee, ice cubes and milk. Stir well to combine.
Step 2
Top with whipped cream and biscuit crumbs.

Notes

  • You can use any milk in this recipe
