Ingredients

  • 2 x 250g packet Arnott’s Scotch Finger
  • 250g unsalted butter, melted (for base)
  • 800g can pie apple slices
  • 300ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 ½ tbsp cinnamon sugar

Preparation

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180⁰c fan forced.
Step 2
Grease a 20cm x 30cm slice pan and line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edge of pan.
Step 3
Place Scotch Finger biscuits in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until it forms fine crumbs. Add butter and pulse until combined. Press mixture into the base of the pan.
Step 4
In a large bowl combine sour cream and vanilla. Fold in apple slices and pour onto biscuit base. Top with cinnamon sugar.
Step 5
Bake for 40-45 min our until it starts to brown.
Step 6
Allow to cool, cover then refrigerate. Slice before serving.
