Tim Tam Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Be following Tim Tam on Instagram (@timtam)

b) Like this post

c) Comment either ‘fridge’ or ‘pantry’

d) Purchase any Tim Tam biscuits from Woolworths between 6th March 2025 4pm AEST to 11th March 2025 8:59am AEST and keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

4. The promotion commences 6 March 2025 at 4:00pm AEST. Entries close 11 March 2025 at 9:00am AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 11 March at 4:00pm AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (2) will win the prize of:

a) 1 Year worth of Tim Tam biscuits (1 packet per week)

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The Arnott’s product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions. 

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.arnotts.com/privacy-policy
