1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.  

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.  

3. To enter, entrants must 

1. Be following Tim Tam on Instagram (@timtam), Facebook (@timtams) and TikTok (@timtamofficial). 

2. Tag two chocolate-lover friends who you’d share your years’ worth of Tim Tam biscuits with. 

3. Optional: Re-create video posted. 

 4. The promotion commences Sunday 7th July 2024 at 9.00am AEST. Entries close Thursday 11th July 2024 11.59pm AEST.  

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on Friday 12th July 2024 at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of 52x 200g Tim Tam Original. Please note, this will be delivered in two batches, with the winner receiving 26x 200g Tim Tam Original in July 2024 and 26x 200g Tim Tam Original in January 2025.  

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook from our official Tim Tam account and the product will be sent to the winners by post.   

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.  

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry. 

 9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s privacy policy.
