Shapes Season Supply Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. To enter, entrants must be following the @ArnottsShapesNZ Instagram or @ArnottsShapesNZ Facebook page, like the post and comment who they would share their seasons supply of Shapes with.

4. 4. The promotion commences on 10/04/25 at 9:00am NZST. Entries close at 3pm NZST on 18/04/25.

5. One (1) entry will be drawn randomly on 22/04/25 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The 1 winner drawn will win the prize of a seasons supply of Shapes. Seasons supply of Shapes equates to 81 packs and is valued at $324NZD.

7. The winners will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion by 23/04/25. The Shapes will be sent by courier to the winner within 4 weeks of winner notification.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
