1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. To enter, entrants must submit their details through the Arnott’s Google form at the 2024 Convenience and Impulse Expo.

4. The promotion commences on 20/11/24 at 9:00am NZST. Entries close at 5pm NZST on 21/11/24.

5. One (1) entry will be drawn randomly on 22/11/24 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The 1 winner drawn will win the prize of 1 2024 New Zealand Warriors Mens Replica Heritage Jersey valued at $160 NZD.

7. The winners will be notified by email to their email address used to enter the promotion by 25/11/24. The jersey sent by courier to the winner within 4 weeks of winner notification.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
