Arnott’s x Liane Moriaty Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must: a) Be following Arnott’s Biscuits on Instagram (@arnottsbiscuits) and Facebook (@ArnottsBiscuits) b) Tag a friend and comment your favourite biscuit pairing for reading

4. The promotion commences 2nd September, 2024 at 10pm. Entries close 5th September, 2024 at 5pm.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on Monday 9th September 10am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of: a) 52 x Arnott’s Monte Carlo Cream Biscuits 250g b) A copy of ‘Here One Moment’ novel signed by Liane Moriarty

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The Arnott’s product prize and Liane Moriarty’s novel will both be sent to the winner’s nominated address.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below.
