Arnott’s Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) Be following Arnott’s Shapes on Instagram (@arnottsshapesau) and the Penrith Panthers on Instagram (@penrithpanthers)

b) Tag a friend and comment what Shapes flavour you will be snacking on during the NRL Grand Final

4. The promotion commences 2 October 2024 1pm AEST. Entries close 3 October 2024 at 10am AEST.

5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 3 of October at 2pm AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (1) will win the prize of:

a) 1x Jersey signed by the top 30 players of the Penrith Panthers NRL Team

6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram. The signed jersey prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.arnotts.com/privacy-policy
