1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.

3. To enter, entrants must be following the @Arnottsbiscuitsnz Instagram page, like the 2024 Gluten Free Food Festival post and tag in the comments a friend they would bring to the festival.

4. The promotion commences on 08/10/24 at 9:00am NZST. Entries close at 3pm NZST on 15/10/24.

5. Five (5) entries will be drawn randomly on 15/10/24 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The five (5) winners drawn will each win the prize of two (2) tickets to the 2024 Gluten Free Food Festival on Saturday 19/10/24 valued at $13.33NZD per ticket. No travel expenses are included in the prize.

7. The winners will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion by 16/10/24. The tickets will be emailed to the winner within 1 day of winner notification.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. Use of tickets is subject to the Eventfinda Terms and Conditions set out at clause 12 below. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.

10. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

12. Ticket terms and conditions are covered by the Eventfinda Terms and Conditions: This is your ticket. Look after it as you would cash. It must be presented in order to gain admittance to the event without exception. The barcode above uniquely identifies this ticket and the purchaser and can be redeemed only once. Multiple copies of this ticket will not allow multiple entries. In the event that multiple copies of this barcode are presented at the event, the promoter may refuse entry to all ticket holders presenting tickets with this barcode. This ticket is sold by Eventfinda Ltd as agent for and on behalf of the event promoter. The full terms and conditions of sale can be viewed at www.eventfinda.co.nz. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in accordance within the applicable laws of New Zealand. Tickets may not be on-sold at a premium, offered as a prize or used for promotional purposes without the written permission from the event promoter. Do not purchase this ticket from any source other than the Eventfinda website at www.eventfinda.co.nz. Tickets purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and may be refused admittance to the event. Event promoters may restrict items that may be brought into an event, including audio and video recording devices, containers, seating, and other items and paraphernalia. The event promoter reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute artists or performers without notice. If an event is postponed, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise advised. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting Eventfinda prior to the replacement date for the postponed show. In the event of an event cancellation, the full amount of the transaction will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. When presenting concession tickets or entering events with an age restriction in place, appropriate identification must be shown. If suitable identification is not presented, you may be refused admittance to the event. Latecomers may not be admitted.
