Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents only aged 18 or over. Employees and family members of employees of the Promoter cannot enter this competition.

3. To enter, entrants need to:

Create an original recipe using any pack of Arnott’s biscuits;

Take a photo of your creation;

Post your image on Instagram or Facebook using #BakeWithArnotts and tag ArnottsBiscuitsNZ. Recipe must be included in the post; and

Content posted to Instagram must comply with Instagram community guidelines https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119

Content posted to Facebook must comply with Facebook community guidelines https://www.facebook.com/help/477434105621119/

Offensive, rude, defamatory or racist entries will be deemed invalid.

Multiple entries permitted per person subject to the following:

only one (1) recipe per submission;

the content is significantly different for each submission by the same entrant.

5. The promotion commences on 1/9/24 at 9:00am NZST. Entries close at 3pm NZST on 30/09/24.

6. The winning entry will be judged by the Promoter on 01/10/24 at 61 Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland. The Promoter will choose the winning entry based on the inclusion of Arnott’s biscuits and creative merit. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The winning entry and content comprised in the entry may be posted on the Arnott’s Biscuits NZ Instagram and Facebook page. By submitting an entry, you agree that this content can be shared by the Promoter.

8. The winner will win a Breville Scraper Beater valued at NZ$529.95 and have their recipe featured on the Arnott’s website.

9. The winner will be notified by direct message on the account that was used to enter the promotion by 07/10/24. If the winner does not respond to the message by [21/10/24] then a new winner will be chosen on [22/10/24].

10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

11. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

13. The entrant warrants to the Promoter that its entry submitted is an original work that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.

14. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.

15. The Promoter is Arnott’s New Zealand Limited of 61 Davis Crescent, Newmarket, Auckland 1023, New Zealand.
