Looking for an instant crowd pleaser that doesn’t require hours of baking? Our Arnott’s Christmas dessert board has something for everyone and absolutely no cooking required.
Stacked with Aussie favourites this biscuit board is the perfect easy entertaining option that’s big on taste and saves time.
From classic meat and cheese to butter, grazing boards are having a moment. But knowing where to start can be daunting. But by following a few simple principles you’ll have a stunning board in no time.
The golden rules to board building:
When arranging – work from largest to smallest. This will make it easier to layer pieces
Odd numbers will create visual balance on the board
Play around with shapes, texture, and colours.
To build your board you’ll need a large platter and some small bowls. Your platter can be any shape or material.
We’ve gone for a classic wooden platter.
1. Start by placing your bowls on and around the board and use the largest biscuits to fill in spaces between your bowls and around the edges on the board.
2. Use the smaller biscuits like Kingston, Orange Slice and Gaiety to fill in the remaining spaces on the board.
3. Once all the biscuits are on the board, fill in any gaps or empty spaces with small garnishes like meringue kisses, small pieces of fruit, nuts, and bite sized treats.
4. Serve and enjoy!
