Ingredients

  • 225g packet Arnott’s Jatz
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 2 x 225g packet Bega Original Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp gelatine

Preparation

Step 1
Process 200g of Jatz crackers and set aside 25g for topping. Add butter, and process until combined. Press the mixture into a 21.5cm base springform tin. Refrigerate for 30 min.
Step 2
To make the filling, combine gelatine and water into a small heat-proof jug, and stand the jug in a small saucepan or bowl of boiling water. Stir until gelatine dissolves, cool for 5 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, beat together Bega Original Cream Cheese, condensed milk and vanilla until well combined. Add gelatine and combine. Pour mixture over the biscuit base. Refrigerate overnight.

Notes

  • Serve with your favourite berries and double cream.
